2011 Tour de Turtles - Bubbles Starts her Journey

The moment we all are waiting for. Bubbles starts her journey down the sand to the water. The crowd is cheering and hooting encouraging her on her way. The transmitter is firmly attached and apparently un-noticed by this giant of a Loggerhead Sea Turtle. The collection of data and her part in the 2011 Tour de Turtles is now underway!
